Is your mushroom steak Novel Food?
Since we do not use novel ingredients and no novel compounds are created during processing, our mushroom steak is not subject to the Novel Food regulation.
Is Justake a meat alternative made from the mycelium of a mushroom?
We use the mushroom fruiting body in combination with plant proteins. Our product is therefore not based on mushroom mycelium.
Are your products organic?
Our products can be manufactured in organic quality.
What about allergens?
Our products can be manufactured free of the most common allergens.
Do you only produce meat alternatives?
NEW ERA FOOD is a food tech startup that has set itself the task of finding innovative solutions to food challenges that are scalable, clean-label, and enjoyable. The startup currently specializes in meat alternatives, but is open to further challenges.
